Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance incur the full fee of the appointment. Prospective clients will only be granted one cancellation of an introductory call. A secondary introductory call will be charged at the full standard rate of 212.50 NZD (+ GST).
I am happy to reschedule appointments free of charge outside the cancellation window.
Latecomers will not be admitted to the performance.
Where clients are running late, I can usually only guarantee to keep their original appointment slot open due to my availability. Where possible I will extend the session end time on.
Any late start beyond 20 minutes will be classed as a cancelled session as it is important we use the full appointment time in our work together.
