I accept briefs for paid speaking events on the following topics:

  • Modern leadership and leadership development

  • The world of work and its future

  • Mental health including Addiction

  • Neurodiversity (particularly ADHD)

  • Toxic workplaces and abusive employment relationships

  • The LGBTQIA+ experience

How I Work

Unlike many speakers, I don’t offer ‘off the shelf’ talks because I know that what makes a truly great presentation is how it resonates with an audience.

It does that best when it is entirely crafted for you.

This also ensures that I am drawing on the latest in scientific research and professional discourse.

My fees include a discovery meeting to find out more about what you would like me to address and then up to two further calls to go over logistics or content arrangements so that we can ensure you’ll be delighted on the day.

My fees are:

  • Up to 30 minutes is 1,000 NZD

  • Up to 1 hour is 1,600 NZD

  • Up to 2 hours (such as a lecture) is 2,000 NZD

My fees always include:

  • Permission to record or livestream me speaking - just please advise me first and let me have a copy for my own promotional purposes!!

  • Engaging with audience members after the speaking event virtually or in person.

  • Writing up any Q&A including answering any questions we didn’t have time to cover in the session.

  • Further reading material links for anyone who wants to continue their learning on the topics covered in my talk.

I charge for travel but not displacement for speaking events. Unlike other speakers, I don’t charge a premium for a keynote - I’m just thrilled you want me to be part of your event alongside other speakers.
